100 Maiden Lane is a 300k sf luxury residential rental conversion from office, located in the heart of the Financial District. Built by Lalazarian Developers and managed by AD Real Estate, it has X apartments, retail on the ground and garage parking below grade. Ray Cecora was involved in the entire process from site selection, negotiation of acquisition, due diligence, deal underwriting, project plans, financing and acted as the owner’s rep during the development through lease up. Responsibilities included, being on site to oversee the last phases of construction and ensure apartments where completed per plan details. Coordinate with the leasing and construction staff to deliver apartments that were rented while getting the unfinished units ready for their respective move in dates.
